Our Commitment

Elmwood Law believes that access to legal services should never be limited by technology or disability. We are committed to creating a digital experience that is inclusive, usable and accessible for all users, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification and voice input software.

Accessibility Standards

Our objective is to achieve and maintain conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We also consider the principles of the Equality Act 2010 and recognised accessibility best practices to ensure our digital services remain robust, understandable and operable across a wide range of browsers, devices and assistive technologies.

How We Assess Accessibility

Accessibility is evaluated using a combination of expert manual testing and automated analysis. Manual testing includes keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing with JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack, as well as responsive and zoom testing across Chrome and Safari. Automated verification is performed using recognized industry tools. Findings are reviewed, prioritised and retested before implementation.

Continuous Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment. We regularly review our website, monitor user feedback and perform regression testing after significant releases to ensure accessibility improvements remain effective. Identified issues are tracked through our internal quality assurance process and addressed according to business priority and user impact.

Feedback and Support

We welcome feedback from all users. If you experience any accessibility barrier or require information in an alternative format, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
